PRIVATE POOL PARTY RENTAL

Rental options vary based on pool and staff availability. Individuals interested in a private pool rental, complete and submit a written request form at least two weeks prior to the event. Requests are not guaranteed at time of submission as the Aquatic Coordinator must review to ensure pool and staff availability before approving a request. 

Private Pool Party Request Form

Base rental package is for two hours and up to 60 people. The rental includes east end of pool (3' - 4.5' in depth) and the big slide. There are added fees for additional participants, extended hours and/or all pool amenities (see below).  All pool rules including age restrictions apply.  Rental includes:

• Private pool use - east end of pool (3' - 4.5' in depth) and the big slide 
• Pool patio area - outside food and beverages may be brought in and served in this area (no on-site grilling available or allowed)
• Lifeguards supervision

Rental Fees

• Base Two Hour Rental: $214 (up to 60 people, east end of pool and the big slide) 
• Additional Participant: $72.00 for each additional 40 people (max of 200 people)
• Extended Time: $72.00 for each additional hour (max of 4 hours)
• Deep End Use: $72.00 

Current Private Pool Rental Availability 

• Saturday Evenings between 4:30-8:30 pm
• Sunday Evenings between 4:30-8:30 pm (only available during summer break)

BIRTHDAY PARTY PACKAGE

Birthday party packages are geared for children ages 5 to 12. They are only available during scheduled public swim sessions. Base package is for two hours and up to 20 people. There are added fees for additional participants, if desired (see below). All pool rules including age restrictions apply.

• 20 Small goodie bags (for Youth)
• Pool use
• Private indoor room use
• Cups, napkins, plates, tablecloth
• Tables and chairs

Package Fees

• Two Hour Package: $185
• Each Additional Person: $3.00 (30 person maximum).
